These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of eminenceinteriors.com (the “Site”) and any related services provided through the Site, including contact forms, email subscription, scheduling tools, and the quiz (collectively, the “Services”). The Site is operated by Eminence Interiors, LLC (“Eminence Interiors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Geographic scope

Our Services are intended for individuals located in the United States. We currently provide services in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New Jersey and do not intentionally solicit or provide services outside the United States.

2) Informational content only

The Site (including any blog content) is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, architectural, engineering, or contractor advice. You are responsible for how you use information from the Site.

3) Design services require a separate written agreement

Interior design services, procurement support, and any project coordination services are provided only under a separate written agreement between you and Eminence Interiors (and applicable proposals/invoices). The Site itself does not create a client relationship or commit us to provide services.

4) Contact forms, scheduling, and quiz submissions

If you submit information through the Site (including via the quiz), you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • You will not submit information you do not have the right to share

  • We may contact you using the information you provided, consistent with our Privacy Policy

5) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy posted separately on the Site.

6) Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, the Site and its content—including text, graphics, branding, logos, and design elements—are owned by Eminence Interiors or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any portion of the Site without our prior written permission.

7) Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

  • Interfere with Site security or operation

  • Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site without permission

  • Upload or transmit malware or harmful code

8) Third-party services

We use third-party service providers to operate the Site and Services (for example: website hosting, CRM and email platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for outages or service disruptions caused by third parties.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMINENCE INTERIORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR SERVICES.

If any limitation is not permitted in your jurisdiction, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eminence Interiors, its owners, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

12) Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may modify the Site and/or these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

13) Governing law; venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
